Understanding Your Invoice
This guide explains how to read and understand your Connect Hosting invoices.
Invoice Sections
Header Information
- Invoice Number: Unique identifier for this invoice
- Date: When the invoice was generated
- Due Date: Payment deadline
Service Details
Each service on your invoice shows:
- Service name and plan
- Billing period (e.g., Jan 1 - Jan 31)
- Monthly cost
Payment Summary
- Subtotal: Sum of all services
- Tax: Any applicable taxes
- Total: Final amount due
Billing Cycle
Your services are billed monthly on the anniversary of your purchase date.

|---|---|
| January 15 | 15th of each month |
| March 1 | 1st of each month |
Payment Methods

- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
Viewing Past Invoices
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click on any invoice to view or download PDF
